Who we are
At Nascetur, we believe life without shelter is a life without dignity. Providing dignifying housing for all is dear to the heart of Nascetur Group Limited (NGL). We therefore uphold dignity as a core value at NGL. NGL has successfully sold a total of thirty (30) three-bedroom detached housing units by 2020, since inception.

CHARLES KOFI OKRAH
FOUNDER / CEO / SHAREHOLDER
Charles is a Certified Chartered International Banker and a Fellow of the Global Academy of Finance and Management (GAFM). He recently retired from the Banking industry after working for over ten years at the Republic Bank and Ecobank/ TTB after his national service in the later in 2018.
He occupied various roles including Corporate Credit Analyst, Corporate Executive Assistant and Credit Analyst for SME and private/retail Banking.
AFUA AGYEMANG OKRAH
DEPUTY CEO / SHAREHOLDER
Afua is a banking professional, who retired from Banking in June 2018 after working with Ecobank for ten years after her national service with the same institution. She is currently pursuing her MBA in procurement from the University of Coventry. She holds a degree from the University of Ghana.
She is responsible for tactical strategy and other day to day affairs of the Company.
FRANCIS MENSAH
HR / ADMIN / SHAREHOLDER
Francis holds a degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Ghana and previously worked for Eazy Capital, a Microfinance Company as a Human Resource and Credit Officer.
Francis performs both HR and administration functions for the company. He is married with a kid.
