Project Managed from Start to Finish: All the initial designs are worked out with the help of a knowledgeable designer and then that design is turned into drawings for planning and building permit. Once those architectural plans are approved, the building side of the design and build work begins, with a full-time, on-site project manager and all liaison with the building inspector is taken care of. Building Inspector sign off, all without you having to do a thing! Just sit back and enjoy watching your design build project take shape.
Building Phase
Construction tailored around you - As long as we know exactly what you are looking for, from the layout to the final finish, our Design and Build team can take care of everything for you. We have existing partnerships with building supplies vendors and can buy materials reasonably. We also know a lot of people, so if you want Bi-fold doors, a show-stopping staircase or hand-made kitchens we can take care of that too.
Finishing & Furnishing
