Your lawyer will arrange for you to sign a binding purchase contract. At this time your agreed deposit will need to be paid. Nascetur Estates will also sign their copy of the contract and send it to their lawyers. Once these contracts are exchanged the transaction becomes legally binding.
We know that you will want to visit your new home during construction and we will do all we can to allow you reasonable access.
